Job summary

AGILE ALTERNATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Digital Product Coordinator to drive end-to-end execution, enhancement and maintenance of the B Value & Wellness App and PWA, integrating wearables, HRA results and member health profiles to deliver personalised nudges and rewards.

You will translate business requirements into digital functionality, coordinate across development, UX/UI and testing teams, and manage the full lifecycle from design to release and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Digital Product Management.
• Experience with digital platforms, mobile apps or websites.
• Exposure to requirements gathering and documentation; testing/UAT is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with development teams and UX/UI designers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution, enhancements, releases and maintenance of the App and PWA.
• Translate business requirements into BRS and clear functional specs.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning with external partners.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues and actions; report progress weekly.
• Support UAT, testing, defect tracking and validation across platforms.
• Ensure alignment of functionality with approved requirements and business value.
• Maintain platform documentation and ensure security/compliance standards.
