Job summary

People Dimension is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to translate business requirements into digital functionality and coordinate across development, UX/UI and testing teams. The role covers the full product lifecycle from requirements through design, development, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating BRS, coordinating external suppliers, sprint planning, test scenarios and UAT, and maintaining platform documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, IS, Business Analysis or Digital Product Management.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a digital, technology, business analysis, product or related environment.
• Exposure to mobile applications, websites or digital platforms.
• Experience working with development or technology teams would be advantageous.
• Exposure to requirements gathering and documentation.
• Exposure to software testing or UAT.
• Exposure to UX/UI or customer journey design would be advantageous.
• Exposure in the health/wellness industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into BRD/BRS.
• Coordinate development, UX/UI and testing activities.
• Manage sprint planning and release planning.
• Monitor platform enhancements and maintenance.
• Ensure alignment of functionality with requirements.
• Maintain platform documentation and status reporting.
• Ensure end-user usability and engagement improvements.
