Job summary

Deloitte Africa seeks an experienced, registered healthcare professional to lead and continuously enhance the Employee Wellbeing Programme and Employee Recognition Programme. You will translate data into meaningful interventions, manage wellbeing providers, and drive initiatives that improve employee health, engagement and culture across Africa.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with business leaders, analyse engagement data, and contribute to governance and policy related to wellbeing

Qualifications

• Registered health professional with relevant registration.
• Minimum 3–5 years in wellbeing, employee experience or culture roles.
• Experience facilitating training and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance wellbeing and recognition programmes across Africa.
• Translate data and insights into interventions that improve wellbeing and culture.
• Engage stakeholders and manage governance for wellbeing initiatives.
• Design measurement frameworks to track impact and engagement.
