Job summary

You will review orders, plan priorities, and monitor equipment performance while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Candidates should hold SAIW Level 2 and be entitled to work in SA, with the ability to lead hourly teams and drive continuous improvement in welding processes at site

Qualifications

• SAIW level 2 certification required.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Review production orders to plan department operations.
• Plan production activities and set manufacturing priorities.
• Maintain production data and monitor costs to minimise delays.
• Inspect welding machines and equipment for performance and utilisation.
• Lead and evaluate hourly welding staff across assigned departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
