Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Wedding & Event Catering Coordinator in Bloemfontein to manage client liaison, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution for weddings and events.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver flawless events. Evening/weekend availability and a hospitality/event management background are advantageous.

Competenze

• 3+ years in event coordination, wedding planning, or catering management.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics and service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and staff.
• Meticulous organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in event management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during live events.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
