Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead website, CMS and ERP initiatives in Gauteng. You will gather business requirements, translate them into clear specs, and coordinate with developers, IT teams and external providers to deliver on time and within scope.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the solution delivers practical value and improves user experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in PM, IS, IT, business management or related field.
• Experience managing website, digital, e-commerce, CMS, ERP or software projects.
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage website, CMS and ERP projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and understand business requirements and translate these into clear project requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, IT teams, business users and external service providers.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure issues are identified and resolved timeously.
• Understand how the website integrates with the CMS and ERP environment.
• Work with SQL to interrogate data, investigate issues and understand system information.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, tracking and project management.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Assist with testing, system changes, enhancements and new functionality.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met.
• Identify potential risks and communicate project issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure projects deliver practical business value and improve the overall user and customer experience.
