Responsibilities

Deliver medium and high-value software projects aligned with organisational strategy.
Manage multi-workstream ERP/CRM projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery and governance models.
Lead cross-functional and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
Maintain full project lifecycle accountability: scope, schedule, risk, budget, benefits realization.
Provide governance oversight and executive reporting while adhering to PMO standards.
Cultivate stakeholder trust through transparent communication and strategic engagement.
