Job summary

Placements24 in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an ambitious Digital Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives from the Benoni office. You will plan, execute, and deliver web and mobile projects, coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers, and ensure on-time delivery with quality and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, with a focus on web and mobile technologies.
Proven experience managing agile development processes and teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX principles, and content management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from concept and planning through to execution.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project duration.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project success.
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to senior management.
