• Deep understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; Bloemfontein experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ERP/CRM and other core business systems projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigations.
• Oversee project teams including internal staff, external consultants, and vendors.
• Manage change and ensure user adoption of new systems.
