Qualifications

• Relevant investment, finance or wealth management qualification.
• Compliance with applicable regulatory and FAIS requirements.
• Previous sales and business development experience within wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing assets under management.
• Experience identifying cross-selling opportunities within an existing client base.
• Strong relationship management and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to uncover investment-related insights.
• Develop collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FRG.
• Continuously assess own performance and seek feedback.
• Provide optimal services and improve service delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Proactively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for sustainable growth.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client base and deepen client relationships.
• Deliver against sales, revenue and asset growth targets.
