Job summary

FirstRand Group's FNB is seeking a Private Client Advisor to proactively grow the balance sheet of an allocated client base, delivering wealth-education and tailored banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships, review client engagements digitally, and collaborate with SMEs to provide appropriate product advice.

The role emphasizes compliance with FSCA and COB requirements, with uncapped earning potential and structured development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - NQF level 7 FSCA approved degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Certification with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow the balance sheet of an allocated customer and deliver education on wealth creation.
• Deliver exceptional experience and education to portfolio of clients on wealth creation.
• Execute on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers.
• Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients.
• Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients and generating new leads.
