FNB Namibia is seeking an Investment Portfolio Manager in George to manage client investments under an agreed mandate within Wealth and Investments. You will research insights, build client relationships, and drive new business while expanding assets under management.

The role focuses on cross-selling, pipeline development, and delivering revenue targets in a collaborative FRG environment. Relevant investment qualifications and FAIS compliance are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirement: relevant investment, finance or wealth management qualification.
• FAIS regulatory compliance experience required.
• Experience in wealth management/investments/stockbroking/private banking or financial services is non-negotiable.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing assets under management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FRG.
• Research investment-related insights to support client mandates.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue from existing clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to support sustainable growth.
• Deliver against sales targets and improve service delivery to clients.
