• Proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing clients' portfolios using leading lending solutions.
• Provide holistic lending advice and maintain expert knowledge of FirstRand approved products, procedures, and timelines.
• Provide regular reports on service delivery, targets, and compliance with SLAs and governance.
• Engage with clients to understand unique requirements, drive value optimisation and advise on product integration and wealth management.
• Manage growth of active customer accounts and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
