Qualifications

• Must maintain expert knowledge on FirstRand approved products, application procedures, processing and timelines.
• Must ensure compliance with statutory, policy and governance requirements.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and advise best options for product integration.

Responsibilities

• To proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing clients' portfolios by leveraging market leading lending solutions.
• Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence and analysing trends and data.
• Provide regular reports on service delivery against agreed SLAs and targets.
• Be an ambassador for the bank maintaining internal values and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant governance, policies and procedures; keep abreast of regulatory amendments.
