Job summary

FNB George is seeking a Private Clients Advisor to deliver holistic wealth creation and protection strategies to a portfolio of clients. You will provide independent financial guidance, aiming to grow revenue and deepen client relationships within Private Banking.

Key requirements include an NQF7 degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, RE5, and CFP (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years in banking or wealth management is expected, with strong regulatory and fiduciary knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have NQF7 degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• RE5 qualification completed.
• CFP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base.
• Provide independent holistic advice and solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth to hit sales targets.
• Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on philanthropy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
• Build relationships across teams to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Conduct client reviews and promote financial services across the portfolio.
