Nedbank Private Wealth in Pietermaritzburg seeks a Wealth Banker to acquire and nurture high net worth client relationships, delivering bespoke banking solutions and exceptional client experiences.

You will understand client business and household needs, maintain a portfolio of high value clients and collaborate with specialists to cross-sell value-based solutions while upholding Nedbank's risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
• Degree in Commerce/ Business / Finance / Marketing.
• FAIS representative and preferably a Key Individual.
• Minimum 5 years in a banking environment (2 of which as a relationship banker).

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deliver banking solutions to high value clients; deliver great client experiences.
• Improve client service by offering relevant products and services.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high value, complex clients.
• Identify and act on sales and solution opportunities.
• Perform needs analysis across client financial spheres and secure Nedbank relationships.
• Respond to tasks within agreed timelines across systems.
• Build professional relationships with high value clients via contact management.
• Deliver banking solutions meeting client needs.
