Job summary

Montego Pet Nutrition seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our distribution engine room. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, safeguard stock, and ensure timely, accurate loads comply with our standards.

You will lead a team, uphold health, safety and food-safety standards, and foster continuous improvement from receiving to returns. This role reports to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and is pivotal to steady operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead a team to supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Uphold health, safety and food-safety standards (FSSC 22000).
• Ensure accurate stock counts and FEFO rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehousing processes in line with SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
• Maintain OHS, hygiene, and merchandising standards; address slips.
• Oversee building condition and flag maintenance needs.
• Tighten receiving controls and investigate discrepancies.
• Enforce stock management best practices and regular counts.
• Manage stock variances and assist with stock takes.
• Drive continuous improvement with the team.
