Job summary

Staff Solutions Recruitment seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

You will drive accuracy in order fulfilment, lead and coach staff, enforce health and safety, and optimise processes using WMS/ERP systems while maintaining stock accuracy and analysing KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-year tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 35 years warehouse experience (FMCG preferred) with 12 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP (Dynamics BC preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and health & safety.
• Proven track record in inventory control and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
• Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
• Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
