Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a fast-paced facility in Centurion, Gauteng. You will manage a shift, drive operational performance, and ensure accurate order picking, packing and dispatch to support timely deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of warehousing operations and a proactive approach to improving processes while maintaining safety and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a warehouse team, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping and inventory control with accuracy.
• Conduct team briefings, performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.
• Coach and train new team members and monitor metrics.
