Placements24 seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities in its Bloemfontein facility. You will drive operational excellence, lead large teams, and ensure efficient inventory management across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, 7+ years in warehouse leadership, strong WMS experience, and a proven track record in cost reduction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive warehouse management and operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and WMS software.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Track record in cost reduction and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and plans.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead and develop a diverse warehouse team with performance management.

• Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and reduce discrepancies.
