Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting. Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
