Placements24 in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a key e-commerce fulfillment area. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping, and drive productivity and safety.

This hands-on role requires at least 3 years of warehouse experience with 1 year in supervision, knowledge of WMS, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible hours including nights/weekends may be required.

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment center, is looking for an energetic and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a key section of their operations in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape . This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, managing a team of warehouse associates, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a relevant certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly desirable. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong understanding of warehouse processes (picking, packing, shipping). Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
