Job summary

Saint-Gobain SA in Cape Town seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing operations, control stock and implement WCM practices. You will supervise inbound/outbound processes, coach the team, and manage budgets while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Transportation/Logistics or Supply Chain, with 3+ years in logistics and SAP experience. Strong communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory control and warehouse supervision in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years’ management experience in a warehousing environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with SAP.

Is this job for you?

The ideal candidate must have completed Matric and possess a Degree or Diploma in Transportation/Logistics or Supply Chain. Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory control and warehouse supervision within a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years’ management experience within a Warehousing Environment. This role calls for a person with the ability to do budgeting and cost management as well as good communication and Interpersonal skills. It is crucial that this candidate has at least 2 years working on SAP.
