The person we're looking for
You’re a hands-on operational leader who is comfortable being on the warehouse floor, making decisions and holding people accountable.
You don't simply accept a logistics plan — you question assumptions, identify risks and make sure the plan can actually be executed.
You’re analytical and process-driven, with a strong eye for detail and a genuine focus on inventory accuracy, service delivery, safety and cost.
At the same time, you’re a people leader who can set clear expectations, coach teams and create accountability without losing sight of the bigger operational picture.
If you're ready to take ownership of a high-volume warehouse and logistics operation and make a measurable impact on service, productivity, stock accuracy and cost, we'd like to hear from you.
