Qualifications

About the Role

You will be instrumental in optimizing inventory management, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence across all logistical touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a proven ability to manage complex operations in a virtual setting, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
• Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of warehouse staff across different locations.
• Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and analyze operational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role, with a significant portion in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment processes , and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams remotely.
