Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and optimize our fully remote logistics and warehousing operations. You will drive end-to-end efficiency, manage inventory, and collaborate with a distributed team to uphold high standards and cost control.

You will leverage WMS/TMS, analytics, and strategic planning to align operations with the company's growth goals while ensuring compliance and a strong remote leadership culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or warehousing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies.
• Experience with WMS and TMS.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Logistics/Business.
• Experience leading remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for logistics and warehousing across multiple sites.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for logistics and warehousing functions across multiple sites.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels , ensuring accuracy and minimizing carrying costs.
• Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation carriers.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote logistics coordinators and warehouse supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management , logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful operational strategies.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
