You will develop and implement logistics strategies, manage KPIs, and negotiate with carriers and 3PL partners, while mentoring a dispersed team and shaping the future of our supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Operations.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, complex logistics networks.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience leading remote teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
