A strong track record in managing large teams and WMS-enabled processes is essential. You will develop strategies to improve service levels, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their primary distribution center in Klerksdorp . This on-site leadership role is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and productivity of the entire warehouse operation. You will manage a large team, oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Your ability to drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment will be critical to the success of this vital function within our Logistics & Warehousing division.

Key Responsibilities
