Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a state-of-the-art facility in Tembisa, Gauteng. The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

You will direct all warehouse activities, implement lean practices, manage a diverse team, and drive KPI performance while partnering with procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth workflows and superior customer

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive operational performance.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Experience with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a warehouse setting.
