Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team in Tembisa. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize storage, handling, and dispatch, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment in a fast-paced facility.

You will train staff, monitor performance, implement efficient layouts, and coordinate with logistics to forecast staffing and operational needs, while maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage a team and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
