Placements24 is seeking a senior Warehouse Manager to lead a state-of-the-art facility in Sandton, Gauteng. You will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping, driving efficiency and service levels.

You will manage a large team, ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts, enforce health and safety standards, and optimise the budget. Expertise with WMS and logistics software is essential for success in this critical role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.
