Placements24 is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a Centurion, Gauteng facility. You will support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, manage inventory, process orders, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise warehouse staff in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, operational performance, and staff productivity.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
