Job summary

Recruitpro Solutions is partnering with a busy manufacturing operation in Centurion, Gauteng to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager who will own stores and inventory. This hands-on leadership role requires strong ERP experience, with solid SYSPRO knowledge and Excel reporting skills, plus a track record in inventory control, stock accuracy and team development in a manufacturing setting in Centurion.

Based in Centurion, this role oversees receiving and dispatch, ensures health and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma in supply chain management or related field plus Matric.
• At least 5 years' experience in inventory management, stores operations or materials handling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SYSPRO and its modules, along with solid Excel skills for reporting.
• Proven leadership ability, sound judgement under pressure, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bin locations and storage layouts in SYSPRO with min/max stock levels.
• Manage picking and issuing of materials against job cards and sales orders to keep production supplied.

• Lead, mentor and develop the stores team, enforcing health and safety standards and good housekeeping.
• Produce regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies and operational performance for management.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows their way around a warehouse floor as well as an ERP system, and who can keep both the stock and the team running like clockwork.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing all inventory control, from cycle counts and stocktakes to investigating and correcting discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate bin locations and storage layouts in SYSPRO, aligned with min/max stock levels.
• Managing picking and issuing of materials against job cards and sales orders, and keeping production supplied without delays.
• Supervising receiving and dispatch, including goods sent to subcontractors, with a focus on accuracy and efficient turnaround.
