ABB South Africa (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Leader to plan, direct, and monitor all warehouse activities in Johannesburg. You will manage receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch, while overseeing the annual budget and stock control systems.

The role emphasizes lean improvements, optimized inventory, and cost management. Strong English communication and an Electrical Engineering background are required, with an EB licence in SA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in MV & LV switchgear factory production and equipment service.
• Enhanced knowledge of SAP and Material Planning.
• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient English communication.
• EB driving licence valid in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor all warehouse activities to control receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products.
• Develop and manage the annual warehouse budget.
• Improve warehouse operations using lean practices.
• Plan and optimize warehouse utilization and inventory.
• Monitor storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and maintain stock control systems.
