Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Clerk to join their Kimberley team. This role is essential to smooth warehouse operations and involves paperwork management, data entry, and inventory control.

You will ensure that all warehouse documentation is accurate and up-to-date, support data integrity, and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail to contribute to a busy Logistics & Warehousing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Clerk or data entry in logistics.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, shipments, and stock levels.
• Perform data entry tasks related to warehouse operations using the company's systems.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding inventory status and documentation needs.
• Organize and maintain warehouse files and records for easy retrieval.
