Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Clerk to join their Kimberley team. This role is essential to smooth warehouse operations and involves paperwork management, data entry, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Clerk or data entry in logistics.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, shipments, and stock levels.
• Perform data entry tasks related to warehouse operations using the company's systems.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding inventory status and documentation needs.
• Organize and maintain warehouse files and records for easy retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory principles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
