Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.
• Ability to perform physical counts and work effectively within a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and system updates.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor stock movement, ensuring proper rotation and storage of goods.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
