Job summary

Pollock & Associates is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager for its regional distribution warehouse in the Western Cape. You will lead a team of 15 through 5 supervisors, ensuring accurate stock movement to branches and trade customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will own receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, maintain stock accuracy and cycle counts, and drive on-time deliveries while upholding safety and housekeeping on the floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Distribution or Logistics (NQF 6).
• 5 years' warehousing in manufacturing, including up to 3 years supervising.
• Automotive or industrial products experience preferred.
• Lead from the floor and know the team by name.
• Root cause analysis when stock goes missing.
