Qualifications

• 10–12 years in warehousing & distribution management within a QSR/FMCG environment.
• Grade 12 with tertiary degree, Hons, or Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics Management or similar is compulsory.
• MS Office PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Advanced Warehouse Management System experience.

Responsibilities

• Cost control and expenditures managed within budget across departments.
• Staff and labour managed within budgeted KPI’s.
• Stock damages managed within budgeted KPI’s.
• Repairs and maintenance managed within budgeted KPI’s.
• Machinery managed within budgeted KPI’s.
• Cost overruns investigated and addressed.
• Internal and external quality audits passed and any findings closed timely.
• Weekly expenditures managed within the approved budget.
• Accuracy of picking, receiving and cost thereof.
• Weekly plans reviewed and signed off to ensure readiness and alignment.
• Regular rack inspections conducted per procedures.
• Refrigeration plant and equipment maintained to standards.
• Monthly team meetings held to ensure alignment and open communication.
• Staff consistently maintain valid DQSP certification.
