Job summary

3L Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Administration Manager to lead the branch’s administrative functions within a busy warehousing and logistics environment. The role requires close collaboration with depot and operational management to ensure controls, reporting and inventory accuracy.

The successful candidate will drive process discipline, staff administration and performance of the admin team, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of warehousing, distribution and logistics operations.
• Demonstrable industry knowledge.
• Experience with management systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Budget and PF reporting: ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality analysis to improve profitability.
• Coordinate and oversee closing of claims and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
• Manage imports-related administration and daily operational statistics.
• Oversee POD administration and cycle counts; monitor costs against budget.
• Manage petty cash, weekly WBR submissions and compliance documentation.
• Coach and develop the administration team and enforce SOPs.
