Job summary

SAB/ABInBev is seeking a strategic, technically strong leader to drive the VPO Quality Pillar across the Africa Zone. This role focuses on capability building, compliance, and continuous improvement to achieve sustainable quality results.

You will define strategy, govern performance targets, and guide plant leadership in applying pillar standards and improvement plans. Extensive travel across Africa is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the VPO Quality Pillar across Africa Zone operations.
• Define and govern Zone Quality Pillar strategy, priorities and performance targets.
• Drive improvements in KPIs and VPO means through pillar standards, systems and routines.
• Coach and develop Pillar Owners, Quality teams and Plant leadership.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities via KPI analysis and audits.
• Lead VPO Check-to-Coach assessments with action planning and follow-up.
• Apply VPO methodologies, PDCA and SDCA for structured problem solving.
• Standardize best practices across the Zone and escalate to Global as needed.
• Support Pillar implementation in existing operations, greenfield, brownfield, acquisitions.
