The role requires a minimum of seven years in progressive culinary roles, including at least three years as Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-end settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive culinary experience; executive/head chef experience in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Strong portfolio showcasing menu development and kitchen leadership.
• Formal culinary education from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities
