Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or guesthouse setting.
• Proven culinary expertise across multiple cuisines and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of food costing, inventory, and budgetary control.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
