You will mentor junior staff, articulate design vision with clients, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasible, innovative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture and a strong portfolio.
• Registered with SACAP.
• 7+ years of leadership in architectural design.
• Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and design development of projects.
• Produce design presentations including sketches, renderings, models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility.
• Mentor junior architects and designers in Stellenbosch.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, tech and sustainability.
