Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum of 12 years of post-registration experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design conception and development for a range of architectural projects.
• Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality design output and efficient project delivery.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and provide expert architectural advice.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documentation and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
