Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Childhood Educator & Development Specialist to join their team. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere in South Africa while supporting children aged 3–6.

You will design engaging remote lessons, run virtual sessions, assess progress, and provide guidance to families online. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and 3–5 years of experience are required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• 3–5 years of direct work with young children.
• Proven experience delivering remote learning programs.
• Proficient in online tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging remote lesson plans.
• Conduct virtual sessions with storytelling and activities.
• Assess progress and report to parents.
• Collaborate with parents to support home learning.
• Stay updated on early education trends and remote tech.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive virtual classroom.
