Placements24 is seeking a passionate Virtual Early Childhood Learning Specialist to join a fully remote team across South Africa. You will design and deliver engaging online curriculum for children aged 3-6, run interactive sessions, create digital content, and assess progress for families.

Based remotely, you will support parents and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure high-quality online early learning experiences while maintaining a warm, child-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong preference for curriculum development and/or online instruction.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging virtual learning experiences for young children.
• Proficiency in using various educational technologies, virtual conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A creative, adaptable, and patient approach to teaching young children online.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are essential.
• Familiarity with early learning frameworks and assessment methodologies for young children.
• A passion for early childhood development and innovative teaching methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, play-based virtual curriculum for children aged 3-6 years.
• Design and facilitate interactive online learning sessions, including storytelling, music, art, and educational games.
• Create engaging digital content, such as videos, worksheets, and interactive activities, to support learning objectives.
• Conduct virtual assessments of children's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Provide guidance and support to parents on how to create a supportive home learning environment.
• Collaborate with other remote educators and specialists to share best practices and enhance program quality.
• Utilize various online learning platforms and tools to create a dynamic and interactive virtual classroom experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education and digital learning.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families via email, video calls, and other designated platforms.
• Ensure a safe and positive virtual learning environment for all children.
