Key responsibilities include overseeing guest relations, coordinating with hotel departments, and guiding front desk and concierge staff on service recovery to uphold exceptional standards and foster loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest relations or front office in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of guest relations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Manage the VIP guest program, including pre-arrival arrangements, personalized welcomes, and special amenities.
• Act as a primary liaison between guests and hotel departments to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather guest feedback through various channels and implement improvements based on suggestions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a sense of loyalty and repeat business.
