Job summary

Sun International in Pretoria seeks a VIP Personal Host to implement the end-to-end VIP program and be the single contact for Hosted and VIP customers. You will build relationships with high-value gaming clients to grow VIP business and meet revenue and visitation targets, in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client services is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage VIP clients.
• Industry knowledge of hospitality and gaming operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as host in gaming areas and build relationships with VIP customers.
• Coordinate transport, hotel rooms, and special event arrangements for VIPs.
• Manage VIP profiles in CRM and leverage promotions to drive visitation.
• Handle complaints and escalations while maintaining confidentiality of guest data.
• Attend VIP events and meet customer expectations to grow loyalty and revenue.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
