TrudyQ Consulting seeks a VIP Account Manager for our Cape Town client in the online gaming sector. You will manage high-value players, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and compliance, in a fast-paced betting and casino environment.

Role requires onsite work with rotating shifts, strong Excel skills, and English fluency. Prior VIP/customer service experience in iGaming is essential for success.

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in sports betting or online casino
Experience in VIP management and customer service
Strong skills in Excel and data interpretation
Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication
Online gaming industry experience is required
Onsite work, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts

Responsibilities

VIP Relationship Management with high-value players
Drive retention and revenue growth across betting and casino
Manage promotions and bonus programs for VIPs
Ensure Responsible Gambling compliance
Maintain operational excellence in daily activities
